The location was excellent, just a short walk to the seafront and nearby attractions. The room was spacious and reasonably clean, but it could use some updates. Some noise from other guests was a bit distracting, yet the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

I enjoyed my stay in the Superior Family Room, which was clean, spacious, and easily accessible. The warm and welcoming staff made my experience delightful, and I appreciated the convenient location near the beach and attractions.
A lift would improve accessibility for seniors.

Had a spacious one-bedroom apartment, loved the quick walk to the tram stop and the great local restaurants. The place was clean, though it could use a little updating here and there. The side entrance was a massive win for us with mobility concerns. Let's not forget about how comfy the beds were! A real treat to unwind after a day out.
Felt looked after, no reason to complain.

We had a lovely time in a comfy one-bedroom apartment that came with a handy kitchenette and a spacious bathroom. The pool was a great spot for relaxing, and we also enjoyed the outdoor lounge area in the evenings. The only hiccup was a minor issue with the bathroom needing a bit of care, but it didn’t ruin our stay! 😊

Oh, the veggie couscous was a taste of heaven, mate! Plus, the lovely owner Ann was a superstar, making sure everything was spotless. We enjoyed breakfast that was fresher than a morning breeze! Can't wait to bring the dog back next season.
Now, the shower had a bit of a hygiene hiccup with hideous hairs and a pitiful drip. Plus, no towels or soap until we asked, leaving us high and dry. The car park's switched up, costing £14 a day now – aye, that's a kicker!

Spacious and well-equipped for family needs.
The noise from inconsiderate guests was disruptive.
